Please Read

Normally I use this blog as a platform to update you loyal readers about my adventures,but today is going to be  a little different. My heart is breaking. It's broken in a million pieces because I have close loved ones back home going through tough times. Being the nurturing soul that I am it's hard being so far away and knowing that they are suffering. It's so odd not being close by and embracing them in hugs, showering them in uplifting words or baking cookies to help soothe some of the hurt.

Right now I need all the people in my life to help support strangers they don't know. I don't care about your religious backgrounds or possible lack there of. I need you and I'm asking as sincerely and heartfeltly as I can through the interwebs. Please send good mojo through your knees, from your heart, prayers, chants, oms, silly dances, thoughts, notes or mental rememberings. They all will feel it. I just know in my heart the universe will take care of it.

My big sister is currently going through some health stuff, my mother is battling an unknown source of pain and undergoing test after test, my close girlfriend/former co-worker is struggling with a really difficult recovery/setbacks from major back surgery and my little god-daughters grandma is really really ill.

You may not know them but I would sincerely appreciate all the mojo, love and prayers you can afford. It would mean the world to a stranger and the universe has a funny way of working things out.
